Honor a Veteran or Organization with the Tablets of Honor Program:
The Tablets of Honor program, established in 2016 is open to all who wish to honor a Veteran or a military unit/supporting organization. All tablets of honor for individuals are FULL. We are still accepting applications for unit name plates. We expectd to start accepting applications for future Tablets of Honor in 2027.
Each tablet can display 80 names with the rank and service as well as eight bronze plaques for units/organizations (40 names and four unit plaques per side). Click the forms below to learn more and apply.
Tablet #16 UPDATE: (12/22/2025) We are happy to announce we have received eighty nameplate applications! This has taken several years and we appreciate your patience with this process. Next steps will be to order and engrave the tablet and nameplates. We are planning to emplace tablet #16 during Spring of 2026. Please follow our Facebook page for latest updates.

In honor of the special person in your life who served honorably in the U.S. Military. Nameplates are engraved directly on the granite tablet.

In honor of an outstanding unit or organization of the military or supporting the military. Bronze plaques are custom designed and affixed to the top row of each tablet.
